McCoyMETHOD

Privacy policy

Effective October 4, 2026. McCoy Method builds receptionist and website services for home service businesses.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact information, business or property details, service needs, urgency and preferences you provide. Connected receptionist services may retain call summaries and booking records. Our default receptionist configuration disables audio recording. Any client choosing to record calls must provide the required notices and permissions.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, qualify service requests, arrange appointments and provide the requested service. We store operational records in our hosted application. Connected calendars, voice services and messaging providers process information needed to deliver those functions. We do not sell inquiry information.

Texts and marketing

Appointment texts require your separate optional consent. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Marketing email includes a way to opt out. Use our unsubscribe page or reply “unsubscribe.”

Access and retention

The owner workspace is restricted to authorized accounts. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. We retain operational records while needed to provide the service and resolve inquiries. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us; we may retain records needed for legal obligations or to honor opt-out requests.

Demo and cookies

The guided public demonstration does not save its sample contact details or create real appointments. The owner workspace uses sign-in services to authenticate its users. We do not add advertising tracking cookies to this site.

Contact

Email work.jmccoy@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. When a service is provided for a home service business, that business is responsible for its own customer relationship and may also have a privacy policy.
