Effective October 4, 2026. This website introduces McCoy Method and lets businesses request a consultation. Submitting an inquiry does not enter you into a paid service agreement.

Demonstrations and appointments

The public guided demo is illustrative. It does not place a phone call, book a real visit or send a text. Client service pages show an appointment as confirmed only after the connected calendar accepts it. A saved request or pending appointment still requires confirmation from the service business.

Emergencies and service responsibility

This website is not an emergency dispatch service. For immediate danger, leave the area and contact 911 or your utility. The home service business performs the inspection or work, determines its prices, and is responsible for its licensing, insurance and customer agreements.

Pricing and results

Advertised pilot pricing is a starting offer, subject to a written scope and account setup. Additional usage, carrier costs, custom integrations and website work are described before launch. The planning calculator is an estimate using your inputs. No number of appointments, completed jobs or revenue is guaranteed.

SMS program

Opted-in customers may receive appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling messages from their service business. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Acceptable use

Provide accurate information for real service inquiries. Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access or upload sensitive payment or health information. We may restrict abusive requests.
